I was registered on your old site, and now I can’t log in?

To maintain data integrity, we cannot know your passwords. As a result we have had to ensure that new passwords are generated. This means that the very first time you log into our new system you will need to re-activate your account. This is an automated, instant process and can be found here. I want to see your jewellery, but I can’t find the store link?

Pearls of the Orient is a trade only website, only accessible to registered users. Before we grant you access you must register your company details and be approved. This ensures that our products are exclusive to the trade industry. If you’re not already registered, you can register here.

 

I’ve registered, what now?

Thank you for submitting your information – we’ll be in touch shortly informing you of your account status.  This process can take up to 48 hours, so please be patient. As soon as you have had your account approved, just log in and the store navigation will appear.

 

How do I place an order?

As you select your purchases, select the quantity and add them to your basket. Once you have completed your shopping you can click your basket in the top menu, this will direct you to your list of items and relevant payment information.

 

I’ve forgotten my password!

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new password here. Please note that this password will be auto generated and probably not easy to remember. Once you’ve logged back in using your new password you can change your password to a more memorable one in your account area.

 

My company has moved, do I need to update my details?

Yes. After you’ve logged in, click the My Account tab and update your details.

 

Do you attend any trade shows or events?

We are regular participants at fairs and events throughout the United Kingdom. Upcoming shows are featured on the Events page.
