Terms and Conditions

Payment

The amount due is payable within 30 days of the date of the invoice, unless otherwise stated. Cheques should be made payable to: Pearls of the Orient (Wholesale) Limited. Payment by phone can also be made by using all major credit and debit cards.  We also accept payment by BACS – please contact us for our bank details.  Please note that all first time orders will be on proforma.

Delivery

Orders are sent by Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery. Orders to UK destinations over £400.00 before VAT are carriage paid.  Orders to overseas customers including the Republic of Ireland over £550.00 are carriage paid.

Claims for Loss or Damage in transit

Any claims for loss of or damage to goods in transit must be made to Pearls of the Orient (Wholesale) Limited, PO Box 100, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 3WA – within 7 days of recorded receipt of goods.

Title of Goods

Title of goods remains with Pearls of the Orient (Wholesale) Limited until full settlement is complete.

Any illustration of a product or description of size, dimension, style, weight etc. is given in good faith, however cannot be guaranteed as absolutely correct.
